Good questions.
- Do I need to be technical?
- Yes — but it’s not what you think. Before AI, being technical meant you understood programming languages, could construct code, and probably had a computer science degree. Post-AI, if you can read, write, and talk — you’re “technical” enough, because you can communicate with an AI agent that understands programming languages and can construct code. 10-year-olds are doing technical work with AI agents via voice-to-text. I assure you, you are plenty technical enough.
- What tools do I need?
- The one prerequisite: access to a coding agent, not just a chat agent like ChatGPT. Claude Code or Codex recommended. The good news is most chat agents now have a coding version.
- What’s a moonshot project?
- A piece of work — a tool you wish existed, a workflow off your plate — that would leave you ecstatic if it were done by the end of the four weeks. Nail it down in week one, build it across the cohort, and have it ready for demo day.
- Which level should I start at?
- 101 if AI isn’t your daily driver yet. 201 if it is, and you’re ready to trust it with whole workflows. Uncertain? There’s a dropdown option for exactly that — apply and we’ll help you get to the right cohort.
- How much time per week?
- Generally 5 hours or less, unless you’re feeling ambitious! Each session is one hour long. We recommend 2–3 hours of session time with your agent to work on your moonshot. Don’t be surprised if you get hooked and have trouble turning off your private building sessions though!
- What if I miss a session?
- We will record and distribute sessions for cohort members to keep indefinitely.
- Refund policy?
- If you aren’t happy with the value you received, you can request a partial or full refund through the last day of each cohort. Our one question will be: “what can we do to make the cohort better?” — and then your refund will be on its way.
- Can you train my whole team?
- Yes — we offer private training for firms. Reach out here.
Our training methodology
How does one become AI-native?
We believe it’s five layers, not one skill. Stacking like tree rings, each new layer adds a dimension of capability around the previous layers.
